●The equipment is used for impacting and crushing relatively dry materials by rapid rotation hammer.
●It is suitable for crushing materials of brittleness, with medium hard and low moisture content, such as gangue, shale, slag etc.
The crushing process is as follows: The materials will be crushed by the impact of rapid rotation hammer. The materials break by the power from hammer, meanwhile, the materials also strikes to each other, being broken several times. The materials smaller than the size of the mesh at the discharge point will be discharged from the grating, a few over-size materials will be crushed again and agin, till they attain the required size.
Crush the materials and send them to the next process.
Primary structure: sieve plate, hammers carrier, hammer, flywheel, turn plate, counter-attack board in center line
